EXFOLIATE

EXFOLIATE

Exfoliate the skin (remove dead skin cells from the outermost surface of the skin) that will help better absorption of lotion. (Deeper absorption = Greater results)

DEEP MASSAGE

Apply generously and deep massage with fingertips for 1-2 minutes every night before going to bed. Repeat in the morning preferably without washing off the night application.

SUN EXPOSURE

Sun exposure is not necessary but recommended in the morning for about 20-30 minutes. If exposure to morning sunlight is not possible, a UVB lamp can also be used as an alternative.

Vitamins and minerals are essential nutrients that your skin needs to protect the rest of your body from things outside it. To help keep your skin looking, working, and feeling good feed it well from the inside with the vitamins you are deficient in.

MOISTURIZER

Keep your skin moisturized by applying natural moisturizer during the day. Organic coconut oil or aloe vera lotion is recommended.

WATER

Daily intake of 1-2 litres of water is necessary for the skin to stay hydrated. Drinking enough water helps the body to flush out toxins while giving you healthier skin. Studies have revealed that drinking just two cups of water can increase blood flow to the skin which gives it an even tone.
