We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Terms of use”, “Terms”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use this site.
Refund Policy
We offer a generous money-back guarantee without any expiry period. We encourage our customers to use the product for the maximum time in case the results are delayed. You will still be eligible for a refund even if you have used/finished all the product. We recommend using the product for a minimum of 8 weeks before applying for the refund. If you’re not completely satisfied with our product for any reason at any time, simply return all used/unused bottles to our postal address P.O. Box 2166, T22/5 Janefield Drive, Bundoora, Victoria 3083. We will issue the refund into your respective account less shipping cost. We DO NOT charge any Re-Stocking or Administration Fee and there is absolutely no hidden cost and deductions.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and packed in 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri is 5 business days). You will receive an email once your order is processed and shipped. Order processing time is excluded from the shipping time frame mentioned in the shipping section of the website.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important to us. Orders are packed discretely in plain bubble envelops. We don’t disclose any personal condition or product name on the shipping label. “Body Lotion” is written in the contents description section of the shipping label.
Shipping & Tracking
All orders are shipped through Australia Post and can be tracked by visiting this link https://auspost.com.au/track. You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. You should expect to receive your order within the time frame mentioned in the shipping section of the website. Please keep tracking your parcel to find out the expected delivery date. Please contact us if mentioned delivery time frame has lapsed.
Your order will be delivered to the doorstep. Sometimes parcels are taken to the nearest post office if nobody is present at the address. If you fail to collect the parcel within the collection window, it will be returned to us. Orders are shipped to the address provided in the shipping address section of the website. It’s customer responsibility to provide a correct and complete address. $22 reshipping fee will be applicable if your parcel is returned due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address or failure to collect from the post office.
Your order is fully covered for lost or damaged goods. If you have received damaged bottle, please email us some pictures and we will ship the replacement bottle for free. Similarly, if your parcel is lost in transit, we will ship new parcel for free.
Order Cancellation
You have right to cancel your order by contacting sales@vitiligoorganic.com.au not later than 12 hours of order placement. We will issue a credit to your credit card account if your order is not shipped before 12 hours.
Guarantees & Repeat Orders
Organic Care Australia Pty Ltd does not offer any guarantee that our product will work same for everyone as results may vary between individuals. However, we do offer money back guarantee without any expiration time. Money back guarantee is not valid for repeat orders.
Complaints & Resolution
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with any of our department or service, we’d love to hear from you. Simply, fill in this Complaint Form and we will resolve the matter for you.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
